At learning@vantage, learning begins from the heart and head using the “Skill & Will” approach i.e. experiential learning through action learning, activities, games, exercises, group dynamics, case studies and role-plays which is fun, exciting and purposeful. We engage both the head and the heart to unfold self and group awareness.

Our approach is based on experiential learning, where we believe that each participant will learn differently through many profound “moments of truth” and impactful “teachable point of views”. Such teachable point of view and learning encounter are both powerful and will impact their Skills & Will to achieve greater heights as a whole.

To further enhance participants’ learning, our interventions transform learning to behavior ensuring that participants will be able to transfer what they have learnt back into the workplace. Thus, ensuring that learning adds value to the bottom line in organizations.
